Weaving has been part of human history since the beginning of times. Nowadays, in Ferreira de Sá, we still keep the same traditional wooden looms since 1946, in which we have been creating unique masterpieces, woven by hand.

The first Hand-Woven Catalogue was released in 2015. Today we are proud to present the second edition of this catalog. Remember the BURLAP, TWISTED, ALASKA or even MESH? The rugs are still the same but, through the years, we innovate the technique, materials, patterns and even the color combinations. Because we are obsessed with quality, perfection and customer satisfaction, we update requests of our demanding and luxurious market by producing more pattern possibilities for our well-known hand-woven rugs, using modern looms.

Using nothing but the finest natural materials, our rugs ensure an everlasting beauty look and an extremely high resistance to traffic. Now, you have the possibility to use two new wool materials: ALPACA and BERBERE. On the other hand, to create more color combinations we had to increase our color range. We have available more than one thousand tones, in different materials such as wool, alpaca, linen, cotton, botanical silk, and lurex.
In addition, we also offer the possibility of custom-dye, which is done in-house by our experienced team of color experts. Besides having our own color system, we also work with international reference system as Chromatone, ARS, Pantone TPX, and Pantone Fashion+Home.
Throughout these years, we have worked hard to innovate this catalog in all aspects, making our weaving rugs versatile, innovative and unique.
