The hand-knotting looms
Fernanda Barbosa, textile engineer and granddaughter of Joaquim Ferreira de Sá, always had a vision in innovation, discovering through international a new technique in the production of carpets: the "Hand-Tufting". The manual Tufted consists of the injection of wire with the help of robots, which came to be a great utility with economic benefits, as well as in the readiness and precision of the production. With this technological support and all the evolution in the design and production offices, the company is more than ready to be based in the luxury market, where it operates until today.
